URnotINdanger2 Rules Weekend

leave a comment

Scott Palmer otherwise known as “URnotINdanger2” destroyed his competition over the weekend nabbing $341k. Palmer played 1,874 hands and completed big winner in a $500/$1,000 PLO Heads-Up game next to Gus Hansen but also won a considerable amount in a $200/$400 Six Max PLO game alongside harrington25, Arbianight and trex313.

To say there’s some Code Bonus Titan Poker variation in Palmer’s game would not be enough for he’s gone into the red and then bounced back at least seven separate times this year. At one point this 2010, URnotINdanger2 was down $428k but after this weekend he’s now up $441.

Dan “jungleman12” Cates, a close friend of “URnotINdanger2”, also had an incredible Titan Poker Mac weekend winning nearly $200k. He only played 256 hands of heads-up PLO however that was all it took for the durrrr Challenge II competitor to earn a nice return. Before last week, Tom Dwan and Cates had been too close to call for the biggest online winner of 2010 but now it appears Cates is pulling away.

At the ceremony each inductee was given a commemorative trophy before speaking to the crowd assembled in the Penn & Teller Theater. Dan Harrington was introduced by one of poker’s true writing legends Nolan Dalla who praised Harrington’s poker accomplishments s well as his writing prowess. It was Doyle Brunson who introduced Erik Seidel, and Texas Dolly reiterated the words he wrote on his blog about Seidel.

Also revealed Party Poker Download by WSOP Vice President Ty Stewart was that a “Chip Reese Rule” would go into effect next year, setting a minimum age requirement before a player would be eligible for the Poker Hall of Fame. This should simplify not only the voting process, but also the initial online voting process. The rule needed to be enacted after the debate over Phil Ivey’s qualifications for induction –despite all of his incredible accomplishments Ivey is only 34 years-old.

How Water Can Effect Fat Loss And Muscle Growth

leave a comment

When someone wants to Burn Fat Build Muscle they must consume lots of water to fuel their bodies. When working out your body loses tons of water and it needs to be replaced. Many people don’t consume enough water after their workout or throughout the day. Not drinking enough water slows down the rate of muscle recovery and fat loss. Water plays a huge role when trying to get in shape and there’s no doubt our bodies need water to function properly.

Everyone should be consuming about a gallon of water a day whether they workout or not. If one is working out, a gallon and a half is perfect. No more water is really needed because after consuming a gallon and a half you will just start to flush out minerals and vitamins which is what we want. Remember, drinking a gallon of water or more is throughout the day. Not within 3-4 hours, that is way to much. More info can be found through some workout programs. One great workout program is Turbulence Training, a Turbulence Training Review can be read to learn more about it.
