The Innovation Center (IC) is a 10,000 sq. ft. facility that houses a ten business suite incubator. Suites range in size from 280 – 640 sq ft. As incubator tenants, small businesses share a wide range of office facilities and services, e.g., telephone service and voice mail, fax service, clerical support, T1 line, meeting room, and business library.
